Was tust du?

Drittens: Die internationale Perspektive.

Vergleiche mindestens drei Optionen.

Was die Forschung sagt. Was erfahrene Patienten empfehlen. Und welche Ressourcen dir dabei helfen.

Das Problem mit klassischen Arztempfehlungen

Hausarztempfehlungen sind wertvoll. Kein Zweifel.

Dieser Leitfaden erklärt alles, was du wissen musst – ohne unnötigen Fachjargon, ohne juristische Haarspalterei.

Kurzfristig: nichts Dramatisches.

Jetzt.

50 tips for productivity.

The fact is that if you are not productive, you won’t make money. Here are some ideas on how to organize yourself and use your time and other resources to best advantage:
1. Don’t get overwhelmed. Looking at everything you have to do at one time can be discouraging, but remind yourself you will soon have it all done.
2. Organize your workspace. You’ll spend less time looking for what you need.
3. Make sure the space is comfortable. You’ll work better when the surroundings are pleasant.
4. Double check to make sure you have what you need before you start. It will save a lot of time later.
5. Cut off contact with others while you work. This is especially important if you work at home.
6. Eliminate all distractions. That means no television in the background.
7. Eat healthy. You’ll be sharper if you get the nutrients you need each day.
8. Have a basic schedule for each day – that means no impromptu three-hour lunches.
9. Don’t skip lunches. You need the break to keep your productivity up in the afternoon.
10. Stop your day on time. Working into the night will make tomorrow that much harder.
11. Get plenty of rest. Along with nutrition, this is the best thing you can do to keep yourself productive.
12. Start the day with a promise to yourself that you will get lots done.
13. Go to your work area even if you woke up in grumpy mood.
14. Make a list. When it is all down in black and white, your tasks seem less intimidating.
15. Prioritize the list. What has to be done first and what can wait until later?
16. Be realistic. You can’t cram twenty one-hour tasks into one day.
17. Know your body rhythm. If you are more alert in the afternoon, schedule the bulk of your tasks then. If you are a pretty even individual, schedule each hour of the workday accordingly.
18. Do the easy stuff at the top of the list first. Scratching off several action items will motivate you to keep going.
19. Multi-task on the small stuff. It is okay to make a surf Twitter while you make phone calls.
20. Forget multi-tasking with the big stuff. Focus on one thing and get it done before moving on to the next.
21. Proof your work before going on. It’ll prevent you from having to do things twice.
22. Try to arrange to do like things in one block of time. Write all your blogs, then do all your social networking, then send out your emails. It’ll make life a lot easier.
23. Allow for the unexpected. Things come up, so build a few blocks of time into your schedule to handle them.
24. Handle the unexpected, then get back to the next task on your list.
25. Plan some buffer time in between tasks. It will give your brain a chance to rest and start the next task with a fresh attitude.
26. Don’t be upset when something temporarily derails your schedule. Things will work out all right.
27. Accept that circumstances beyond your control may make it impossible to do something on your list today.
28. Don’t sweat the delay, simply make that task the priority tomorrow.
29. Keep in mind some tasks may have to be scheduled to accommodate others.
30. Delegate if and when you can. Believe it or not, you don’t have to do everything yourself.
31. Scan information when possible. You’ll still get what you need, just a little faster.
32. Put things away when you are done with them. It’ll save you time when you need them again.
33. Check off items as you go. Seeing the list shrink is motivating.
34. Get away from your desk or laptop now and then. Even two minutes away will rest your eyes and keep you from slowing down.
35. Keep a second list for things that pop into your head while working on other stuff. You can refer to it later as necessary.
36. Take a break in the afternoon – a real one, not two minutes to rest your eyes. Fifteen minutes will take away a lot of stress and make it easier to keep going.
37. Bookmark important web sites; this includes your web site, your social networking login pages, and any reference sites you use regularly.
38. Archive all your web copy on a remote storage device. Update the stored data every time you make a change.
39. Make sure your hard drive files as well as your hard copy files are always in order, so you can find what you need at once.
40. Keep your office stocked with supplies; otherwise, you’ll have to interrupt your day to go get something you need right this minute and waste valuable time.
41. Do as much ordering, funds transfers, and other tasks via the Internet as you can. You save time doing your errands from your desk.
42. Keep something to drink handy. A bottle of water nearby saves time on trips to the refrigerator.
43. Schedule one hour near the end of the day as a catch up period. Any tasks that got put off earlier can be addressed during that time.
44. Prepare your schedule for the following day. It’ll make it easier to dive in when morning comes.
45. Review what you have accomplished. You’ll be surprised and pleased at everything that got handled.
46. Lay out what you will need to handle those first few tasks on the new day.
47. Check the printer for paper and ink; make sure there is plenty for the next day.
48. Organize your workspace before you leave. It’ll be easier to face in the morning.
49. Close the door, pull the curtain, do whatever you must do in order to separate your workspace from your living space.
50. Leave your work area and do not return until the next day, no matter how tempting it is to return to do one more thing.

50 powerful tips on creating hot products

Without good products that deliver what they promise, there is not a ghost of a chance of making money for the long term. This means you must create products that will attract an audience and keep them.
Here are some ideas to help you along the way:
1. Keep a notebook and pen around all the time. Inspiration can come from anything at any time. Once it is gone, there is no promise it will ever occur to you a second time.
2. Don’t edit your ideas for products. What seems crazy today may make a lot of sense tomorrow.
3. Begin your search for ideas with your hobbies. There is a good chance you could come up with at least ten good ideas for each hobby.
4. Consider your past employment. What did you do and what aspects of your experience could make good copy for an informational product?
5. Look around your neighborhood. All sorts of ideas on landscaping, housing, fashion, and even mundane things like lawn ornaments may bubble to the top.
6. Consider your family’s hobbies and interests. There may be something there that could be used to develop a great product.
7. Read a newspaper. Current events could trigger an idea that is both timely and likely to attract attention.
8. Visit the library. Perusing through the shelves might yield something that would make a great product offering.
9. Find a niche. Look for something that is a little unique and will meet the needs of a consumer sector that is being overlooked.
10. Watch television. Those infomercials might give you some ideas.
11. Listen to the radio. Listener comments on the call-ins, as well as the audio advertising, might yield some great ideas for informational products.
12. Ask some questions. If you have an idea of what type of product people would like to see, you may find a way to turn that want into a reality.
13. Do your research. Begin by looking at other informational products currently online and what they are all about.
14. Browse the Internet. Find out what people are searching for most often and develop some product ideas that would meet their needs.
15. Do some keyword searches. This will help you when the time comes to develop your web copy to advertise your product, as well as help shape the product itself.
16. Find a product that sells well and figure out how to make a new one that does the same thing, only better.
17. Consider combining two good product ideas in order to create one great one.
18. Make sure each product on your list of potentials identifies a problem.
19. Also make sure each product idea on your list solves a problem.
20. Ask yourself if the problem and the solution are within your ability to manage successfully.
21. Take your now full notebook and extract five ideas that you are excited about.
22. Research those five ideas in more detail, especially in terms of salability.
23. Ask yourself the five basic questions related to all informational products: what, who, why, when, and how.
24. What is the product all about?
25. Who is likely to buy it?
26. Why would they buy it instead of another product?
27. When will the product be bought?
28. How can a customer buy the product with as little fuss as possible?
29. Consider the format for your product. Will it be in the form of an ebook, a video, or some combination of the two?
30. If an ebook, what type of file will you go with? Use a format, such as a pdf, that everyone can manage with equal ease.
31. If a video, also make sure the product is in a format that works with all major video software types.
32. If a combination of the two, make sure the video and the text of the ebook fit together seamlessly and do not contradict one another.
33. If you have trouble developing your own product from scratch, consider becoming an affiliate.
34. If possible, get the product private branded so you can sell it under your own company name.
35. Obtain master resell rights as part of your process for selling a previously developed product.
36. Combine two acquired products into one easy package, giving what is old a new look.
37. Find your markets. Use your social networking sites, browser searches, and simple word of mouth to figure out who would be interested in the product.
38. Use terms that people can understand with ease. Stay away from too many industry terms.
39. Explain the technical terms you do use in everyday English.
40. Look for informational products that have passed into the public domain. If you find something promising, rework it into your own product and design a new package.
41. For new products to add to your line, turn to your existing customers for suggestions.
42. Set up a page on your web site and ask for suggestions of what people would like to see in the way of a product.
43. Test-drive your informational product. Once it is complete, try it out for yourself, to make sure it does what it is supposed to do.
44. Have a friend test drive the product. Your friend might spot something that would refine the product and increase sales once it is released.
45. Set up a test group – possibly past customers, or just a few people who do not know you or your products. The feedback could prevent you from overlooking something important.
46. Make the product as user friendly as possible. This not only means a format that can opened with ease, but also a file that can be downloaded easily, even on a slow connection.
47. Create support products that will help point toward your main product.
48. Set the product aside for a few days, then take a second look. If everything is in order, then release it.
49. Keep it simple – the less complicated your product is, the more appealing it will be to more customers.
50. Always be proud of what you develop. If you don’t think it is good enough to sell, then don’t risk your reputation by putting it out there for the world to see.

50 powerful tips on email marketing

Email is a wonderful business tool that, if used properly, will enhance your sales and marketing efforts significantly. Try these methods to get the most out of email communications:
1. Use permission lists only.
2. If you buy a list, make sure it is qualified – that is, those email addresses are valid and they belong to people who have opted in to receive emails on products like yours.
3. Ideally, build your own list.
4. Include an opt-in page on your web site, so people can sign up to receive email communications from you.
5. As an incentive, offer customers something free in exchange for signing up – a one time discount code, or a free ebook.
6. Make it easy to opt out or update an email address.
7. Only ask for the information you need – too many questions puts people off.
8. Adopt a formal policy about how the data will be used, and make sure each subscriber has to read those terms before opting in.
9. Honor those terms, no matter what.
10. Put a cap on the number of emails you send each subscriber – once a week is likely to be welcomed, but three times a week may cause people to opt out.
11. Set up your system to flag addresses after so many failed delivery attempts; this will make it easier to keep your email list clean and up to date.
12. Avoid attachments; many people won’t open them.
13. Go for something that will work in the body of an email.
14. Offer plain text as well as HTML to accommodate different loading speeds.
15. Set up a reply email, so your subscribers can reach you when they want to respond to the email.
16. Consider using a newsletter format for your email communications.
17. Subscribe to a few email newsletters, so you can see how others are using the medium.
18. Make notes on what type of newsletter formats seem to grab your attention.
19. Ask others for their opinion of which newsletters they like, and why.
20. Don’t send email communications when there is nothing new to say. Repetition will only cost you subscribers.
21. Make the content of the email interesting.
22. Avoid the appearance of being spam, by not using all capital letters in the title for the email, or announcing "Free" in the title line.
23. Do always make sure the subscriber’s name appears in the "To" field. It’s more personal.
24. Look into using email programs that automatically include the subscriber’s name in the body of the email.
25. Keep it short and sweet. Rambling emails, even if they are newsletters, are likely to be closed and deleted without being read.
26. Always have the email come from the same person at your end. It helps to create a sense of rapport and stability.
27. Never use a subject or title line that is misleading; always make it descriptive of what is in the body of the email.
28. On the other hand, keep it snappy. Instead of "Your November Newsletter", use the title of one of the more important articles in your newsletter.
29. Make it clear that it is okay to forward the email to others, if the subscriber likes. This form of viral marketing can grow your subscriber list over time.
30. Always include links to your product pages in the body of the email.
31. Also include an easy opt-out link at the bottom of the communication.
32. Be sure to solicit responses and comments. People love to share their thoughts.
33. Formatting is especially important in plain test messages. Keep the attention going by using bulleted lists instead of lengthy paragraphs.
34. Stay away from using all capital letters or italicizing words, as they can be harder to view on a computer screen.
35. Watch the use of color in your emails, especially with text; lighter colors tend to be hard to read, especially on a white background.
36. Use fonts that are similar to those used in most email clients; it will make it easier to arrange the text to best advantage, especially for plain text emails.
37. Include some incentive to visit your website, such as promoting a new product or noting a new blog entry.
38. Don’t forget to include a special offer or a discount from time to time.
39. Always thank the subscribers for their time and support.
40. Before you send the emails to clients, send them to an email address of your own, with one in HTML and another in plain text. That way, you know exactly what the subscriber will see.
41. Don’t be afraid to try something different now and then. Vary texts, layouts, and other elements to see what subscribers respond to best.
42. Keep the text of the email focused; rambling will lose your audience, just as wandering text on your website will drive visitors away.
43. Use a reliable program to blast mail to your subscriber list; most allow you to review a report of successful deliveries once the job is complete.
44. Review the reports regularly, and compare them to spikes in your web site traffic, and the responses you get about specifics of the emails.
45. Used software to tabulate and categorize the responses. It will make it much easier to process them and turn them into usable data.
46. Assess the percentage of response you get. The industry standard is between five and fifteen percent. If you are getting less than that, it is time to rethink your approach.
47. If a response serves as the inspiration for an article in the next newsletter, ask the subscriber if it is okay to mention them by first name and initial. This is enough to maintain anonymity, while still recognizing their contribution.
48. Ask subscribers to submit some of their own copy once or twice a year. You may be surprised with the quality of what you receive. Reward the best one with a free ebook or other product.
49. Send out special holiday emails along with your regular weekly communications.
50. Listen to the feedback from your subscribers. It will help you refine the mailings as you go along.

Guide for promotion and Page Rank (PR)

Very often we receive questions about how to promote new website blog or page and get more visitors or traffic. While it’s easy enough creating new website from zero, everything becomes much more complicated and difficult when it comes to website promotion, increasing page rank, online advertising and traffic. There is no wonder, because website promotion requires lots of skills and experience, and not all webmasters know how to start.

This guide was written to help you attracting more visitors and increasing website traffic and its page rank. It should be useful for newbies and advanced users, because this guide covers most aspects of successful site marketing and most of methods are explained step by step. However, if you believe some methods are above your technical skills, don’t worry. Just skip these methods and continue to other. So enough chit chat, let’s get started!

Natural (or organic) traffic is type of traffic coming from all major search engines. If any visitor searches for some kind of information and finds your site in results, you get organic traffic! Unfortunately, it can be really hard (depending on your niche) to get website listed in the top of search engines. So one of things you may want to do – submit your URL to all major search engines manually. Usually just visit any search engine (where you want URL to be submitted) and type something like “submit URL” into search box. Engine will surely return a page where you may submit your URL for indexing. If your sites contains sitemap file (like sitemap.html or sitemap.xml), be sure to submit sitemap file as well - it will speed up whole indexing process.

External links never hurt. The more websites will link to you, the more traffic you will get. It’s that simple! Swapping links is easy enough. All you need to do – find related websites and contact their webmasters asking to exchange text links with you. Ask webmaster to add your link to his site, and do the same for him. However, try exchanging text links with high quality sites only. Having links on junk site (which has low number of visitors) will not help much. It’s better to have one link from big website instead of having 10 links from tiny sites, remember it when looking for links exchange partners. If you want to know what is the easiest way finding links exchange partners, do this  - visit www.dmoz.org, select category related to your website, and then simply email webmasters of sites you like. Another way to find link partners is searching on Google.com for your top keywords. For example if you are willing to rank for "blue widgets", go to google.com and do a search for this keyword. You will get a list of top websites now try to contact owners of these websites and request link exchange.

There are thousands of link directories on the Internet. Some of them are free, and others are paid. This time we will focus on free directories only. Having links on directories not only helps increasing search engine rankings, but also help getting more visitors who come from directories to your site directly. The biggest free directory on the Internet is dmoz.org, but it accepts only very high quality websites. If you believe your site is really high quality, try submitting it to dmoz.org. Also you can find other directories easily. Just go to Google (or another favorite search engine) and type “free link directories”, "link directory", "backlinks directory", "links exchange directory" or something similar into search box. You will find hundreds of link directories waiting for your submission!

Social bookmarking networks works in similar way like link directories, but there are some differences too. The main difference from link directories is popularity. Social networks get millions of visits per day, so you may get more traffic too. However, to become successful in social networking, your site must contain high quality content. When you submit your URL to social site, other visitors can rate it. If rating is high, your URL is moved into main page where more people can see it. Adding links to social networking sites also will help getting better rankings in search engines. This work is pretty hard, so you may submit URLs manually or use any automated social bookmarks submitter software – it’s up to you. And here is the list of top 15 social bookmarking sites (where you may submit your URL).

#5 Forum Traffic.
There are thousands of webmaster forums around, and most of them have special sections where members can reveal their websites for reviews and criticism. After posting a message about your website, you will get not only a direct backlink, but also professional tips and criticism from other community members. So you will know what needs to be improved. However, be sure to read forum rules before making any post (especially if you are a new member to forum). Different forums have different rules, and if your message will not comply to these rules, your account will be banned and message deleted. It’s better to spend minute reading basic rules, instead of posting message with your URL and getting everything deleted shortly. If you want to find forums where you may submit website for review, use  “webmaster forum”, “site showcase”, “show your site forum”, “site reviews forum” and similar terms in search engines – you will surely find hundreds of forums waiting for you.

#6 Signatures.
Many message boards, blogs and other websites allow visitors using signatures. If links in signatures are allowed (once again, read forum rules first), add one or more links (most sites allow adding up to 3 links in signatures) in your own signature. Once you will post a message, signature with backlinks to your site will be automatically inserted below message. Nice and easy way to build traffic, isn’t it?

Well, there are many more ways building traffic and attracting more and more visitors every day, but these tips should be really good start point for most new webmasters. Yes, there are even bad and unethical ways of website promotion and money making online, but we will not cover these strategies at the moment. However, we’ll try updating this guide often to reflect the latest changes on the Internet and deliver you the best results possible. Don’t worry if you don’t see the results right after starting – experience will come!

Good luck!

In Closing: To SEO or To PPC?

The online community is definitely a large market place that you cannot ignore, especially if you have an Internet business. There are thousands if not millions of consumers that you can tap in the Internet.

At the same time, the Internet also poses a quite different challenge. The easy access that Internet provides also gives you as much competition as you can imagine. It is too crowded and congested.

Having a website is not enough to make your business running and able to compete. You must take other alternatives to give way for the online community to access your website at any rate or chance possible.

You have to expose your website. Make it known. It has to be visible. It has to be frequently targeted by consumers and surfers.

Invest in marketing your Internet site. There are basically two options available to you, the SEO and PPC. These two are probably the most desirable alternatives you can get for your Internet business as strategy for search engine marketing.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. Some researches indicate that 60% - 70% of Internet surfers and users actually resort to using the Google search engine to find and locate web sites and pages, for any topic they desire.

SEO is the process taken to make sure that the Internet uses will find your website when ranked among the top results of a search. This way you can make sure that you will be visible and can clearly stand out from the rest. To get a search engine optimization, you will have to build on your own Internet site frequently hit Internet links to web site pages. The process will involve IBLN or Independent Back-Linking Network, wherein hundreds or even thousands of pages will be utilized to promote a particular website of a client.

In SEO, there is no need for you to pay for the clicks although it will require you to spend time doing research to get a favorable combination of ads and target audience. The SEO process is a long term one. It requires months, 6 months at the least, before the proper outcome is fully achieved, but once the goal is accomplished, you will definitely get a steady source of profit.

PPC gives way in advertising on a search engine. These are sponsored listings that you see whenever you make a search. There will be a charge whenever a visitor or web surfer clicks on any of your ads. There will first be a bidding process. The highest bidder for the price per click will definitely get the chance to be first listed in the search engine.

With this kind of advertising, you can still basically control your campaign as you get to create your own ad. You will also manage the target audience and still stay within the bounds of your budget. Most of the providers of PPC advertising will allow you to specify the target market, either by topic, industry or geographical location. You can also very well check if your ad gets to be shown at all and if it is competitive with the rest.

There are some guaranteed benefits when you get to maximize the PPC strategy.

  • PPC lets you advertise to the whole of the online community. It is also relatively easy to set up.

  • At first glance, PPC advertising may seem very expensive. Could it possibly happen that someone out there will go on clicking on your ad? This will definitely give you a large bill without the expected profit on your part. If this provides a lot of worries, be rest assured that there is a protection for you. Networks are able to recognize fraudulent clicks.

  • You can also set a budget for a certain period. The moment your budget has been used up by the target number of clicks, your ads will no longer be displayed until the next period you want it again displayed.

  • You will also be able to adjust well to changes in market demands and trends.
In deciding which of the two strategies will work right for you, think of your goals and of your resources. They definitely offer benefits and advantages that will work for your good. The better way to approach this two is to evaluate according to your short term and long term plans. Take the PPC course for your short-term goals and choose SEO if you have long term ones.

There world is out there for you now. Just make sure you do what will work best for your entrepreneurial endeavors and visions. The secret to success lies in your hands. Just study your options well and you’ll get exactly what you want!

Cash and Pay-Per-Click Affiliate Programs

There are actually two types of PCC affiliate programs – those who pay a commission based on the number of clicks and the other based on the sales. The pay-per-click scheme is much more popular than pay-per-lead because the affiliate gets paid by just clicking the ad, regardless of whether the visitor buys from the affiliate merchant or not.

Plus the chances of a visitor purchasing something from the affiliate merchant are not really that high. Important! In choosing an affiliate program, read the fine print carefully – some pay-perclick programs get the ratio of the number of people who went to your site and the actual people who clicked on the ad. If you have a heavily targeted website, this can hurt your earnings.

How do I start?
Of course, you need to have a website. Depending on your target audience, choose the best affiliate merchant that is most related to your topic. For example, your website is about Carpentry then you can search for affiliate programs that sell tools used in carpentry.

However, if you don’t have a website, that’s not a problem. You can put up a content site about absolutely anything under the sun like ‘Taking Care of Dogs’ or ‘Decorating your own Home.’ But wait, its not over yet. We are faced by a dilemma – on how to increase traffic! You first need to get Internet surfers to see your website, then the ad.

First, design your website in such a way that it will attract Internet users. A user-friendly site is always recommended so that the customers will know which one to click. Take into consideration the look and feel of the advertisement. If it doesn’t look professional, most likely, users will just ignore it. Place the ad on a strategic location – one where users can see it clearly. Visibility of the ad is always important.

Another way is to post a link to your website in forums, web communities, ezine articles or bulletin boards. However, this method requires a lot of effort – that defeats your purpose of getting easy money in the first place! The key is to do something once and forget about it. It’s like putting your business on autopilot. To maintain you pay-per-click Business, be sure to track down site activity, so you are updated on how much money you are making.

Can I make more money?
If you think you can go to the next level, you can try a two-tier affiliate program. This gives you the power to recruit affiliates. Other than the money you get from your website’s clicks, you will also get a percentage of what your affiliate generates. Some companies give 30% to a soaring 50% commission on all referral sales.

Remember, you should be able to manage and monitor your affiliate program. If you can recruit more affiliates, then you can get paid more without even moving a finger! Choose affiliates that can most likely attract more Internet users and bring more traffic. You just have to know the right people.

The PPC Appraisal Program

This program is very simple to download, entirely free and really works! Requiring no sponsoring, no costs at all to join, once it has been set up, the only thing you do is leave your computer on and the system will just automatically run and you can trace your income by the second. This program operates comparable to “click on a search engine and get paid” programs, with the exception of the following:
1. It is run automatically similar to auto surf, so there is no need for you to click on any link.
2. It does not provide you with only one search engine, but there are at least twenty one now running.

If you continually run your computer for twenty four hours a day, you may earn up to fifteen dollars a day. At the end of the month, when they will be adding up to two hundred more search engines, you may earn up to sixty dollars a day, not doing anything, just be online.

In addition, you get another five percent of your referrals running time; these referrals could go as far as four levels. Every search engine builds up an independent total of your time surfing. You must reach sixty dollars before payment be done by each of the search engine.

Normally, when you are running your computer online for twenty four hours each day, without any referral, for you to reach sixty dollars, it would more or less take you up to two months, with the now running twenty four search engines. Now consider this, sixty multiplied by twenty four will equal to one thousand four hundred forty. This is how much you will make in two months, of doing nothing.
